My name is Keri and I run a local Women’s Health business called Fit and Healthy Mums. I have been working with TTC, Pregnant and Postnatal clients in Oxfordshire over the last 10 years. My specialism is Rehabilitation style work, including diastasis recti, pelvic floor weakness and back pain.
I will be running a free 30 minute taster class for Pilates, normally I would screen every client prior to a session and also carry out a core, alignment and posture check. However as this is a taster, please let me know of any injuries or things I may need to know about eg SPD, if you are seeing a WHP etc. When you join you will need a clear space, a mat if you have one and have no shoes or socks on. A bottle of water and an open window may also be a good idea.
